40TEN, an upscale office building in Canton, is the first mass timber building in Baltimore. This building is designed with sustainability in mind, and features porcelain tile to reinforce that mission. CHARME white marble-look porcelain tile is used to cover the floors in the lobby on each level, and PALATIAL black marble-look porcelain tile covers the walls of the elevator area, creating striking contrast.
