Baltimore Art Garage

A once-abandoned warehouse in Baltimore’s Station North Arts District has been reborn as an artist’s headquarters and creative community hub.

The Trenton Art Garage transforms a long-vacant, three-story brick shell into a dynamic mixed-use redevelopment - blending Graham Projects’ headquarters with eight affordable apartments designed to support the city’s arts workforce.

Inside the newly renovated apartments, the kitchens showcase GAMUT wall tile as a bold and uplifting backsplash. Its vertical layout of alternating blue and yellow tones brings an artistic rhythm to the space - a perfect nod to the building’s creative identity.
